We understand that moving plans can change. Here’s what you need to know about cancellations:
Free Cancellation: Cancel within 24 hours of booking and pay no fee.

After 24 Hours: A 10% cancellation fee applies to all customer-requested cancellations.

Why is there a fee? Once your move is scheduled, space is reserved with a carrier and routes are set. The fee helps cover costs for cancellations that impact operations.

To Cancel Your Reservation:
Submit your cancellation within 24 hours at no charge using one of the following methods:

Important: If you cancel after the 24-hour window, your 10% cancellation fee will be kept as a credit. This credit is valid for 12 months and can be applied toward a future move booked through Adams Van Lines.
